We started SVCC out of the calling of God placed in the heart of Pastor Dina way back in 2018. At first she has not decided in her heart to accept the call but later on she was convicted by God to step up to the plate. Out of the revelations that was also shared by her primary prayer warrior, sister Cecille Esguerra and the leading of the people who wanted to join her in this ministry she finally made a firm decision to follow the will of God and commenced the first service on October 20, 2019 in the early days of the COVID period, a new Victory church was birthed and from then on the church has grown gradually with the faithfulness of a few dedicated volunteers and hard working couples that poured in their talents and gifts for the sake of the gospel of Christ. Today it stands as a dynamic part of Victory Churches of Canada.
